We had a delightful stay celebrating my son's birthday in a luxurious suite that was simply a treat. The staff went above and beyond, ensuring our experience was memorable and special. The location amid lush tea plantations was breathtaking, but there was not much in terms of hotel activities. Dining was consistently good across all meals, though the variety could be more extensive. Overall, I felt it was a good value for a family getaway.

I had a wonderful experience at Black Pool, thanks to the amazing service from the staff and the breathtaking view from my room. The arrangements were perfect for a relaxing getaway, and I was particularly impressed with the gardens and vegetable farm. However, I must mention that access to nearby activities is somewhat limited, and the dining temperature could use improvement.

On the brighter side, another stay at a different hotel was quite enjoyable with its comfy rooms and friendly atmosphere. However, it was somewhat remote and not ideal for a longer stay, with limited activities nearby. The dining options were decent but could use a bit of improvement in temperature and variety.
